4 : Messing With the Moisturizer
Forgetting to moisturize after a shower or swim, daytime and night, ranks pretty high up there on the list of skincare crimes!
You could be in a hurry, or maybe you forgot to replenish your favorite brand – whatever the reason, moisturizer makes all the difference between sad, dull, lifeless and young, glowing and fresh! Make sure you’re using the one that’s right for you.

5 : Forgetting to Remove Make-up Before Bed
Grandma’s tip of a thorough face-wash before bedtime is a priceless one! Make-up clogs your pores, attracts dust/grime, allergens and bacteria and causes acne, skin-outbreaks/infections.
Our temperature rises marginally during sleep, so it’s easier for pollutants to cross the skin barrier. No matter how tired you are, get that stuff off your face and you’ll see how your skin rewards you back! Or keep some wet-wipes/towelettes handy.
When and why do you usually forget to wash the make-up off your face?
6 : Late Nights
Your skin needs sleep just like the rest of your body. If you’re continuously partying, jet-lagged, traveling or working late, it takes a toll on your skin – and before you know it, you have sallow, lackluster skin. Sleep-deprivation and stress can aggravate skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis etc.
Puffiness, dark circles, bags-under-the-eyes are unmistakable signs of sleep-deprivation. Your cells need to rejuvenate themselves with sleep and rest, so if you’re not getting your 8 hours, no salon or spa can help you!
