Another therapy that is getting quite popular is the Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which is just like Cbt but it is supplemented with different types of mindfulness techniques. For this therapy, the depressed person is taught to do different steps that can help them be mindful of their emotions like meditation, drawing, breathing and many more. The aim of this therapy is to help the person become equipped with long-term tools that can help train their brain to see things in a much healthier way.
